Established in 1989, Dynatech initially focused its activities in the sector of specialty chemicals. At the time, we had one factory, located in the city of Diadema, São Paulo, and administrative/commercial offices in the neighborhood of Campo Belo in the Paulista Capital.

With growing business demands, the partners decided on acquiring the property where, up to that point, had been the headquarters of Enia Chemical Industries Inc. (the first dye company in Brazil, established in 1924, belonging to the Odebrecht group at the time). Then, in the 2nd semester of 2007, Dynatech began its manufacturing activities in the new factory, with an area of 77,000m², located in the city of Itupeva, Sao Paulo. The new plant began to house the Factory, Technological Center and the Commercial and Administrative Areas, permitting a synergy between the main collaborators of the company.
We acquired the equipment and technology of OBA by CIBA/BASF for the production of the optical whiteners (OBA) and the Paper, Packaging and Pulp sectors.
We began production of OBA for detergents. We became the only local producer.
We became leaders in supplying OBA in South America (Paper, Detergent and Textile).
Start of operations of Dyntech Colombia.
We began operations in Dynatech China and Dynatech Argentina
We installed the Resins Dynatech plant (Itupeva/São Paulo).
• Inauguration of the new plant for the manufacturing of DAS, which led us to become the first chemical industry in all Latin America, and the third worldwide, in the manufacturing of the product;
• Inauguration of the manufacturing of Pigments (Itupeva, São Paulo plant);
• Expansion of activities at Dynatech to the Textile sector.
• Implantation of a new verticalized and automated factory for the paint area;
• Start of pigment manufacturing (Itupeva, São Paulo plant).
Start of Dynatech Peru operations and commercial expansion in Central America.
• Inauguration of the Tinting System plant (Itupeva, São Paulo plant);
• Expansion of headquarters, adding on the New Logistics Center with an area of 12,000 m² meeting the needs of the Logistics Center and the expansion of the manufacturing area, with the objective of a meaningful growth in production and storage.;
• Beginning of the partnership with Dom Cabral Foundation.
